Every employee undergoes continuous and rigorous customer service training. We post Customer Service Standards in every store so our customers know that they can expect the highest level of service. These standards include some key rules:
-No phone will ring more than 3 times
-A live person will always answer the phone
-No one will be kept on hold more than 20 seconds
-Customers will be greeted immediately on the showroom floor

Many customers have benefited from the fact that we make true same-day deliveries with no qualifications.  If you call at 4:55 pm and you need a same-day delivery, we will deliver that day.

We also take care of the little things that customers tell us count.  These little things include ice machines to fill your coolers at some of our locations, electric doors and indoor cylinder docks, elevated loading docks, and free refreshments including fresh coffee in every store.

You’ll find the Products and Services you need

With over 40 years in the business, we have developed the resources, the systems and the people to make sure you can get the products and services you need.

Take advantage of our economies of scale.  You can purchase gases, welding equipment and supplies, and safety equipment from our stores located throughout California, Arizona and Texas.  Your products will be safely delivered by our modern fleet of fuel-efficient trucks, equipped for cylinder and bulk-gas delivery.  And, for those in need of nitrogen pumping, you can have our liquid tube and jumbo tube trailers dispatched to your location.

You can count on us to bring in new products and systems to make your life easier.  For example, our new Cylinder Tracking System will give you an accurate picture of your inventory and orders so that you know you’re paying the correct amount each month.

Commitment to the Environment

At WestAir, we are committed to being environmentally responsible, not just because it is good for the environment but because it helps us serve you better.

Our Green CO2 beverage systems do not vent carbon dioxide, helping you save product and money.  We have invested heavily in solar panel technology.  Our 30,000 sq. ft. production and distribution centers in Anaheim & National City, CA are completely powered by solar energy.  Soon our new Fresno, CA facility will be 100% solar powered as well.  Many of WestAir’s vehicle have been converted to clean burning fuels such as CNG and LNG, producing 30% fewer pollutants.
